Compliance claims

An audit or friendly review leading to a compliance claim is an unpleasant surprise. You acted in good faith, and have always paid for renewals and made up for licensing shortfalls. However, it can still happen if:

  • You purchased a Standard licence, but installed a Datacenter;
  • You have PVU licences from IBM, but are using an outdated version of ILMT;
  • You have an SQL Server running on a Virtual Machine in a cluster with Load Balancing;
  • You purchased Microsoft EMS E5 for only a section of your staff.

These are just some of the many examples that can have a serious financial impact. Do not be taken by surprise, ask Q-Advise for expert, impartial licensing advice.

Q-Advise supports you in the event of a compliance claim, and is usually able to significantly reduce your claim amount and, in some situations, even have it revoked. Contact us now, we will be happy to be of assistance.
